Accessibility statement
Last updated 2026-10-08.
CoatYard (materially LLC) wants everyone to be able to browse, sample and order from coatyard.com. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
Conformance status
This site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 level AA. Where we know of a shortfall we list it below and say how to get the same information another way.
What we do
- Every page has a skip link, landmarks and one heading structure; the whole site works with a keyboard, including the sample-kit builder and checkout.
- Text and controls keep a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1; focus is always visible; targets are at least 24 × 24 CSS pixels.
- Specification data is presented as real tables, not images.
- Forms label every field, accept browser autofill, and announce errors next to the field and in a summary.
- Motion is disabled when your system asks for reduced motion. Pages are readable at 200% zoom and on small screens.
- Third-party components (payment form, map widgets) are chosen for their accessibility support and tested with a keyboard and a screen reader.
Feedback and alternatives
If you cannot access something, or want a document in a different format, email hello@coatyard.com or support with the page address and what went wrong. Accessibility requests are handled by a person and we reply within one business day. You can also reach materially LLC at ops@materially.studio.
How we check
We test with automated tooling (Lighthouse accessibility audits before every release), manual keyboard passes on every checkout change, and screen-reader spot checks. Problems reported to us go into the same queue as any other site defect.
