How support works

A person answers. Email hello@coatyard.com and a person at CoatYard (materially LLC) reads your message and replies. Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm Eastern. We reply within one business day.

Quotes and orders are handled by a person. Every quote request sent through this site is read and answered by a person, and every order is checked and released by a person; nothing is booked automatically.

What to include. The page or product you are asking about, the ship-to ZIP code, and for an existing order its order number or the quote it came from.

Legal and privacy questions go to ops@materially.studio.

Your data. Messages you send us are kept to handle your request and are covered by our privacy notice. Ask for access, correction or deletion by email; a person answers within one business day.
